Annual RV Site Leases: Prices range from $1200.00 per year. Mobile Home Site Leases: Starting at $1800.00 per year. The above rates include water and sewer. Lessee is responsible for electric Overnight Camping: (Tent and RV) Monthly rates available on request FULL HOOK UPS (water, electricity and sewer) 1 night $20.00 1 week $120.00 REGULAR HOOK UPS (water and electricity only) 1 night $16.00 1 week $96.00
