This 400 square foot recreational dwelling
is the complete package.
On a waterfront, or a vista overlooking a valley below...or maybe tucked
into the woods…the possibilities are endless.
FURNISHINGS,
appliances and window coverings are all included. It comes from the
factory ready to be placed on recreation property or resort space.
REAL CEDAR - The exterior is clad with real
cedar, tongue and groove finger-jointed cedar boards, giving this
product a simple, defined look. It features a 29 gauge, 25 year, ridged
steel roof with a 3/12 slope allowing for adequate water run-off. Thermo
pane windows, extra insulation and in-floor heat allow for a year-round
experience.
THE LARGE GLASS WALL structure is
constructed with solid header beams and studs with steel bracing. This
product has traveled to east and west coasts without damage. The heavy
monster-beam frame with independent suspension ensures a smooth soft
ride to its final destination.
INSIDE OUTSIDE LIVING...This vacation
dwelling truly gives the feeling of living inside and outside at the
same time.

Glassic™ Soho™ Flat interiors
The Soho Flat is a great example of essential modern design. Its
spaciousness is magnified by an all-glass wall, allowing outside space
to be an integral part of interior.
THERMO PANE PATIO DOORS
Four, 8-foot doors with overhead transom windows
by Andersen® Window creates an all-glass wall. These 4-season windows
along with upgrade insulation and in-floor heating system makes this
modern dwelling usable year round.
KITCHEN / DINING EFFICIENT AND SIMPLE
The kitchen and dining area in the Glassic Soho
Flat is efficient simple and extremely functional. An expansive Corian®
countertop and Euro-Style cabinetry afford plenty of storage and usable
space. THE KITCHEN features a deep 16” round stainless steal sink with
single stem Moen faucet. Large Corian countertop includes returns on
both ends enclosing the Euro-Style cabinets below. Deep drawers and
large cabinet doors give easy access to the abundant storage space.
STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES are included
along with an integrated stainless steel sink and Moen® faucet,
exemplifying quality throughout the Soho series.

A COMPACT EFFICIENT BATHROOM
Full bathroom – Broan® medicine cabinet, Moen® faucets and fixtures.
features Corian® countertop with molded sink, Moen® fixtures are used
throughout the room, faucets, towel bar and TP holder. A 54” one-piece,
smooth, molded fiberglass tub/shower is standard – a shower-only option
is available. A Broan® recessed medicine cabinet with five adjustable
shelves and large mirror comes with a three-light vanity. The white
walls and ceiling are easy cleaning and add reflective light to the
space. Allowing more light into the room is a large Water-glass window
within the door.
THE BEDROOM is in the rear with an optional
queen-size lift up storage bed and large closet.
