Meet Your Lake Fork Guide

Hi folks. My name is Seth Vanover. Let me tell you a little something about myself so you will know what kind of person you will in the boat with.

I'm an East Texas native and been fishing Lake Fork for the past 15 years for all species. Everyone knows the bass fishing on this lake is among the best in the country, but what about catfish and crappie? Well folks, I'm here to tell you, Lake Fork has some of the best cat and crappie fishing in the country. I would like for you and your family or friends to come let me show you just how good the cat and crappie fishing is on this beautiful lake.

Starting in November I will be adding Lake of the Pines for catfish and crappie. And for the months of February and March I will be taking folks down on the Sabine River for fast action white bass trips!  Call for pricing for these trips! Thanks folks!

I offer half day trips and when the bite dictates it, we will go at night. My goal is to make sure you not only have a wonderful time, I want you to catch as many fish as you can! Even if that means throwing some back!

I will take you out, provide drinks and snacks of your choice and help anyway you want while we are out. When we are done, I will bring you back, clean your catch and bag it for you to take home and enjoy 

My Equipment

We will be Fishing out of a 2022 Nautic Star 227XTS with all new Lowrance electronics. I'll be happy to show how this unit works!

Rates 

Full Day
1-2 people = $500.00
$75.00 for each additional person up to 6 people
(8 people can be accommodated with a 30 day advance notice)
Half Day
1-2 people = $350.00
$75.00 for each additional person up to 6 people
(8 people can be accommodated with a 30 day advance notice)
100.00 deposit required upon booking (Cancellations within 5 days of trip, will receive a full refund).


Kids 12 and under are 1/2 price at any point
Police, fire fighter and military have a 10 percent discount
I provide all the equipment and bait we will need unless you want to bring your own.
No deposit required. I believe in a persons word and a handshake.
Payment for services are at the end of the trip, not before.
